REFUND POLICY FOR CUSTOM CANINE UNLIMITED

THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS POLICY.

For payments $1-$100: There is a 10% restocking fee for the cancelation and refund of any items purchased or services booked (including, but not limited to: boarding, grooming, training, etc.). The refund will be processed within 14 business days back to the card or payment method used.

For payments $101 and up: There is a 10% restocking fee for the cancelation and refund of any services booked. The refund will be processed within 14 business days and mailed to you via company check. We will not refund any amount over $101 to your credit/debit card. The refund will only be processed via check paid from Custom Canine Unlimited.
