Our Policy for Returns and Refunds

If you’re not 100% satisfied with your Custom Canine Unlimited product purchase, you may return it for any reason for a full refund or exchange of equal value. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Your purchase must be returned within 30 days of original purchase in salable condition with the original receipt and packaging, including Universal Product Code (UPC), manuals, parts and your receipt or packing slip.

Our Policy for Returns and Refunds does not apply to training, canine purchases, custom ordered products, products sold “as is” or products otherwise exempt from refund.

Training, Services, Items, or Products covered by a manufactures warranty or contained within a purchase contract are governed by terms contained within. See a list of Brands below

Herm Sprenger USA Inc. guarantees our products from defects in materials and workmanship. In the event your purchase does have defects please contact the retailer that you purchased it from to request a replacement. You will need to provide proof of purchase and return the defective item in order for your request to be processed. Damage caused by improper use will not be covered. Returns will not be accepted for more than a year since purchase date.
Terms of Warranty Modern Icon warrants and guarantees all products against defects in materials and workmanship for the life of the product, or for as long as the product is owned by the original purchaser, whichever is shorter. This warranty excludes damages due to normal wear, natural break down of material, and use or abuse of products. Other than as described above, Modern Icon, LLC, makes no other representations and warranties, either express or implied, including without limitation, indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, whether based on breach of contract, breach of warranty, tort (including negligence), product liability or otherwise. Warranty Returns To return a product for warranty service or repair, please ship to: Custom Canine Unlimited 3266 Old Cornelia Hwy Gainesville, Ga 30507 Any product that is returned should be cleaned prior to shipping and include a Return Authorization form provided by Custom Canine Unlimited. Please note shipping is at the expense of the customer; additional insurance for shipping is at the discretion of the customer. If we find the product to be defective in materials or workmanship we will repair or replace it, depending on the extent of the issue, at no cost to the customer; we will then ship the product back to the address provided on the Return Authorization form. If the product has been damaged due to normal wear, natural break down of material, or use or abuse, we will contact you with the cost of repairs/replacement and wait for your authorization prior to addressing the item. If warranty requirements are not met and repairs are not authorized, the owner will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. Product Return & Exchange Policy Customers that order products from Custom Canine Unlimited may return or exchange products under the following conditions: If it is determined that Custom Canine Unlimited has shipped an incorrect or defective product, we will ship you the correct product as soon as possible. At our discretion, you may also receive a return label to return the original product. The customer will not incur any shipping fees. Any standard items purchased from Custom Canine Unlimited are eligible for return within 30 days of receipt. The items must be in original, unused, condition and free of any odors. Once your return is received you will be refunded the purchase price of the product, less any original shipping costs. You may choose to exchange your product, however we highly recommend placing a new order for the correct product and receive a return on the original product. Due to the fact our products are made by hand, a new order will ensure you receive your replacement product much sooner. If you would still like an exchange, after we receive your return and create a replacement order, you will receive an invoice for shipping the new product to you. Please note any customized items, including those with embroidery, are not returnable. To return or exchange your product(s), please contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization form.
