For the health and safety of your dog and all others dogs, we REQUIRE that all dogs that enter our facility are up-to-date on all vaccinations for the duration of their stay with us. We only accept vaccination records emailed directly to us from a licensed veterinarian. All records can be emailed to dclark@customcanineunlimited.com. There is no exception of this policy.

- Rabies (unless under 16 weeks of age)
- DPP (Distemper, Parvovirus and Parainfluenza)
