SHIPPING AND DELIVERY OPTIONS
Domestic Shipping
Standard (2-8 Business Days) – Price is based on carrier rates and customer selection on checkout page
Express (1-3 Business Days) – Price is based on carrier rates and customer selection on checkout page
Local Delivery – (1-3 Days) – $15.00
Local Pickup – Free
Orders Over $99 – Free Shipping to continental United States excluding Dog Food and individual items over deed exempt due to size or cost. If there are questions about the qualification of an item qualification, please contact us prior to placing the order.
PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 1 business day excluding weekends and public holidays. Once the shipment has been handed to the delivery carrier, a tracking number will be sent to the customer by email.
CANCELLATIONS
After an order is submitted and processing begins the order cannot be cancelled. If there are questions about canceling an order, please contact us.
RETURNS
Returns will be accepted within 30 days from the original purchase date. Items must be returned unused and in original conditions, including original packaging, that includes the Universal Product Code (UPC), manuals, parts, and your receipt or packing slip. DELAYED ORDERS
In the case of delayed processing, customers will have the option to cancel their order for a full refund. Shipping provider delays do not fall unders the seller’s liability. For delayed orders, please first contact the shipping carrier for the item’s status.
DAMAGED ORDERS
Custom Canine Unlimited, LLC is not liable for lost or damaged products after the order has been placed in the hands of the shipping carrier. If your product has arrived damaged, reach out to us so that we may assist you in filing a claim with the shipping provider.
SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
On a case by case basis.
The TSA (Transportation Security Administration) has restrictions on what items can be shipped through air transportation in the United States. As such, any unauthorized items for air shipment may require a different shipping method.
