Elite Dual Purpose K9 Handler Course – Gainesville, GA

The Dual Purpose K9 Handler Course is a structured Veteran-focused training program designed to prepare students to certify as either:

  • A Drug Detection & Tracking Dog Handler, or

  • An Explosives Detection Dog Handler

This course combines classroom instruction and hands-on field application to develop professional K9 handling competence, safe canine management practices, and operational readiness.

Participants are trained to meet professional expectations for deployment, documentation, and team reliability within law enforcement, security, and contractor environments.

Primary Objective

Prepare students for a professional career as a certified Dual Purpose K9 Handler capable of safely and legally deploying their assigned canine partner.
