📌 Location
All photography sessions take place at the Custom Canine Unlimited G1 campus in Gainesville, GA, unless otherwise arranged. Travel sessions may be available for an additional fee depending on location and scheduling.

🚗 Travel Fees
Package pricing includes photography at CCU G1 only. Travel is not included and additional fees will apply for off-site sessions.

📅 Scheduling
Photography sessions must be scheduled in advance. Availability varies based on training schedules and facility use at CCU G1. A confirmed paid booking secures your session date and time.

🐕 Decoy / Aids
For working-focused sessions, clients are encouraged to provide their own aids or decoy when possible. Options may be available depending on availability.

All dogs must be cleared by KM before arriving on campus.

Edited images are delivered within 10–14 business days through a private Google Drive gallery where clients can download and share their photos.

🎨 Editing
Images receive professional color correction, exposure adjustments, and cropping. Extensive retouching or image manipulation is not included.

📄 Image Usage & Licensing
All images remain the copyright of Custom Canine Unlimited. Clients receive a non-exclusive usage license allowing them to download, share, and print images for personal use.

Law enforcement agencies and working dog organizations may also use images for:

⚖️ Policies & Safety

🌦️ Weather Policy
Outdoor sessions depend on safe weather conditions. If weather is unsafe or unsuitable, the session may be rescheduled at no additional cost.

⏰ Cancellation Policy
Clients may reschedule with at least 72 hours notice. Cancellations within 72 hours of the scheduled session may result in forfeiture of the session fee.

🦺 Dog Safety
Dogs remain under handler control during all photography sessions to ensure safety for the dog, handler, and photographer. Handlers are responsible for maintaining control of their dog throughout the session.
