Custom Canine Unlimited Partners in Flowery Branch, GA

K9 Hotline LLC provides personalized dog training designed around the individual dog, the owner’s goals, and the challenges they experience in everyday life.

Rather than approaching every dog with the same training plan, Samantha evaluates factors such as the dog’s age, breed, temperament, fears, motivation, current behaviors, and home environment before recommending a program.

Training focuses not only on improving the dog’s behavior but also on helping owners understand what their dog is learning, why the training works, and how to maintain it after the program ends.

Training Tailored to Your Dog

Every dog is different. K9 Hotline develops training recommendations based on the individual dog’s behavior, personality, environment, and goals rather than placing every dog into the same training plan.

Basic Obedience

Build stronger foundational behaviors, communication, responsiveness, and everyday reliability. Training can focus on essential commands, engagement, impulse control, and helping dogs respond more consistently to their owners in different environments.

Leash Pulling

Improve leash manners and help create calmer, more manageable walks. Training focuses on teaching dogs to remain responsive to their handler, reduce excessive pulling, and develop better walking habits around everyday distractions.

Household Manners

Develop better behavior and boundaries inside the home to make everyday life with your dog easier. Training may address jumping, excessive excitement, inappropriate behaviors, boundaries, settling, and responding appropriately to household routines.

Potty Training

Establish clearer routines and behaviors to help dogs develop appropriate bathroom habits. Training focuses on consistency, scheduling, supervision, and communication to help dogs better understand when and where they should relieve themselves.

Doggy Door Training

Help dogs become comfortable and confident independently using a doggy door. Training gradually introduces the dog to entering and exiting through the door while building confidence and encouraging reliable, independent use.

Confidence Building

Structured training can help fearful or uncertain dogs become more comfortable navigating new situations and environments. Exercises may introduce new surfaces, sounds, objects, people, and environments at an appropriate pace to build greater confidence.

Anxiety & Fear

Training may help dogs develop greater confidence and improve their ability to respond appropriately to situations that previously caused uncertainty or stress. Programs are tailored to the individual dog and may use structured exposure, communication, and confidence-building exercises.

Reactivity

Individualized training may be used to improve communication, control, and responsiveness in dogs that display reactive behaviors. Training can focus on helping dogs remain more manageable around triggers while developing stronger engagement and communication with their handler.

Meet Samantha Jordan

Samantha Jordan

Owner & Trainer

Introduction

Samantha Jordan is the owner and trainer behind K9 Hotline LLC.

Her interest in dog training began years before becoming a professional trainer. After receiving her own dog, Comanshee, Samantha began teaching basic obedience, tricks, potty training, and other everyday behaviors.

What began as training her own dog quickly developed into a passion. She started helping train other dogs before eventually entering the professional dog-training industry.

Samantha has approximately five years of professional dog-training experience and has worked at three separate dog-training facilities.

Those experiences exposed her to different training environments, techniques, and philosophies and ultimately motivated her to establish K9 Hotline LLC near the end of 2025.

Today, Samantha continues learning from other trainers, exploring different approaches, and adapting her methods based on what works best for each individual dog.

Why Custom canine unlimited trust them

K9 Hotline

Custom Canine Unlimited partners with trainers who are committed to helping dogs and owners build stronger, more productive relationships.

Samantha brings professional experience from multiple dog-training facilities together with a willingness to continually learn, evaluate different methods, and adapt training to the dog in front of her.

Her philosophy recognizes an important reality of professional dog training: every dog is different.

Instead of assuming one training approach will work for every situation, K9 Hotline considers each dog’s temperament, motivation, fears, behavior, age, breed, and environment when developing training recommendations.

Just as importantly, Samantha places significant emphasis on educating owners so that progress can continue long after formal training has ended.

Real people. Real results.
